Products

Everything is handmade to order from real flowers, resin and pipe cleaners. Because each piece is handmade, small differences in colour, shape and size from the photos are normal and are not defects. Product photos are for reference.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. There is no extra delivery charge for delivery in Kota. You can pay online (UPI, card, netbanking, through Razorpay) or by cash on delivery.

Orders and cancellation

An order is confirmed when you see the order reference on screen, and we message you on WhatsApp. As each item is made for you, an order can be cancelled only before we start making it. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once making has started, it cannot be cancelled.

Your responsibilities

Give a correct name, mobile number and address, and keep your phone reachable for delivery. Delivery is available only in Kota.

Our liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by things outside our control, such as weather or strikes.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Kota, Rajasthan. Please contact us first, we will try to settle it amicably.
