Where we deliver

Currently only within Kota, Rajasthan (pincodes starting with 324).

Delivery time and charges

Delivery in 4 to 5 days from your order, as each piece is made to order. There is no delivery charge in Kota. We will contact you on the mobile number you gave, so please keep it reachable.

Payment modes

Online (UPI, card, netbanking) or cash on delivery.

Returns and exchange

Because every product is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for the small natural variations in handmade items.

Damaged, wrong or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will replace it or refund you, at our choice, and we pay for any return shipping this needs. Online payment refunds go back to the original payment method.

Warranty

Handmade items come with no separate warranty beyond the above. Care tip: keep resin jewellery away from water, perfume and heat.
