This policy explains what personal data Craft by Vidhi collects when you use this website or place an order, why, and what choices you have. Craft by Vidhi (proprietor: VIDHI SEN), in front of Shitla Mata Mandir, Ladpura, Kota, Rajasthan, India.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, pincode, the items you order and the payment method (online or cash on delivery).
- Payment: online payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only the payment status and payment ID.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Website usage (only if you accept cookies): pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and IP address, through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To confirm and deliver your order, and contact you about it on WhatsApp or phone.
- To verify payments, handle support requests and complaints.
- To keep accounting records and meet legal requirements.
- To understand which pages are useful (analytics, only with your consent).
We do not send marketing messages without asking you separately first, and we do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay: to process online payments.
- Delivery rider or courier: your name, phone number and address, only to deliver your order.
- Supabase (database, hosted in Mumbai, India) and Cloudflare (website hosting): they store and serve our data on our behalf.
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you or we message each other there.
- Google Analytics: only if you accept cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for up to 3 years after the order for accounting, dispute and legal reasons, then deleted. Website analytics data is kept as per Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see your rights below), unless a law requires us to keep it.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies, and only after you click Accept on the banner. If you click Reject, they are not loaded. You can change your choice anytime from "Cookie settings" in the website footer. The shop works the same either way.
Your rights
You can ask us for a summary of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or name a person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us using the contact below. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: just message us. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please order only with a parent or guardian, who consents on your behalf. We do not track or show targeted ads to children, and we will delete a child's data if a parent asks.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS. Order data is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible and can be read only by us through protected keys. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you without delay and inform the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
